Do our yarns get hairiness and broken filaments in production? How was it handled?
When fuzz and broken filaments occur during production, we will immediately stop the relevant spindles to inspect and replace worn ceramic parts and yarn‑path components, remove wrapped yarns, and conduct trial production after cleaning. If the problem happens across multiple positions, we will lower production speed and comprehensively check process parameters including temperature, draw ratio and incoming POY raw material, as well as optimize winding conditions. Defective cones with fuzz will be strictly sorted out and isolated to avoid mixing into bulk goods, and each batch will go through quality testing.
